Diagnosis	Severe obstraction of the three burners by fire toxin
Action	Drains fire and resolve toxicity
Indication	High fever, irritability, a dry mouth and throat, incoherent speech, insomnia, dark urine, red tongue w/yellow coating, rapid forceful pulse
Remarks	Also for nosebleed due to heat excess, toxic swellings, dysenteric disorders or jaundice due to damp-heat. Focuses on draining heat.
