Action	Tonifies and harmonizes protective and nutritive Qi, dispels wind, eliminates dampness
Indication	Generalized sensation of heaviness in body, neck, shoulder and upper back stiffness, numbness in extremities, difficulty moving. T: white coat; P: moderate
Remarks	This formula can also be used externally as a wash or steam bath; this method opens up the pores, thus patients should cover themselves afterwards to avoid contracting any wind-cold pathogens
